Dross generation in hot dip galvanizing of sheet steel

I am suppose to appear for an interview to acquire a licence to work as Professional Engineer in Ontario. Ineed the chemical formula for Hot dip Galvanizing process. I have worked in Africa for 10 years and in Canada since last 3 years.

I need the formula for the process, using Ammonium chloride as flux, Hyd chloric acid as pickling agent, and steel sheet coated in sheet to sheet galv line.
