Stainless steel cleaning (large part) [Connecticut]

I have a skin .016" thk x 11.2" x 90.8" cres sheet 301 hard MIL-S-5059 that needs to be processed per Boeing specification D8-0224 Para. 5.3.4.5.3 prior to bonding (it is part of a composite/honeycomb panel. Because of the large size I have been unable to find a company with the process capability to do the job.
