Which patio furniture rusts least

What is more durable and will tend to rust less? aluminum or powder coated steel patio furniture?

The brand is the only thing to go by. Although aluminum can't rust, it can corrode. I live on a salt water lagoon and have had powder coated patio furniture that didn't last a season, and other stuff that has been left out all year for 4 years with no rust yet.
