-----Heat resistant conductive materails
I am interested in finding out if there is a good conductive material to construct racks for a powder coating application, that will cool down rapidly after the cure oven.

If you are looking for oxidation prevention at relatively high temperatures, superalloy materials would be suitable. These have high content of Ni and Cr. You could also have other metal racks plated with gold or platinum.
One more thing I could recommed is the design of the rack for faster cooling. Build the rack out of I-beams or angles of thinnest and smallest dimensions acceptable, if possible, and reduce mass-to-surface area ratio.
