Polishing a titanium bicycle frame

I am not a matal finisher by trade, profession or other. I am seeking technical advice on how to polish a 3al-2.5v titanium bicycle frame. I have found it quite difficult finding this information. If anyone out there could shine some light into this project of mine I would sure be grateful. Thank-you, Raul
