-----Silver nitrate coating
How do I apply an immersion silver coating from a silver nitrate bath. Please bear in mind I'm a non chemical/plating person.

Look for how to make silver mirror , but take all cautions seriously otherwise you may have a serious accident .

Nitrate based immersion silvering bath:
15 gm silver nitrate
30 gm sodium tiosulphate
10 gm ammonium chloride
1 lit water
Dissolve nitrate in 50 ml water,add chloride dissolved in 5o ml water,to this mixture add tiosulphate dissolved in 9oo ml water. Cold immersion. Scratch brush it with fine brass wire brush ⇦ on eBay or Amazon [affil link] .Rinse well.You must lacquer it!
