-----Stripping protective coating from brass
I am an Interior Designer in North Texas and I am working on a kitchen facelift project. My client has bright solid brass knobs on her cabinets that have a protective coating on them. I want to strip that coating off. We have tried paint thinner and it does not even effect them. Can anyone help me with a solution here?
Thanks!

Ted Mooney is retiring but I have several offers to take it over.
We're working hard to make sure we find it the best new home.
