Need a solution for masking-finishing emblems

RFQ: I am seeking a job shop or a solution to a painting or coloring of an aluminum cnc component. I have pictures with a diagram that explains our problem.

26436-1   26436-1

We have cnc'd the part and the harley davidson logo has an etched 1/16" deep outline that must be painted black. Other than masking off everything but the center and then shooting the entire outline of harley black and then cleaning it off by hand with thinner we have no solution. The problem with the "hand" technique is we cannot consistently produce the same finished part and also the time involved. The volume of parts (1,000 units per month) is unattainable and thus holding up the launch of this product. Any ideas would be helpful AND we would seriously consider outsourcing this work long term if a solution this way could be found. We are very capable of bringing a process in house once we understand it.

Looking forward to any replies.
