Need undercoat and topcoat paints for vacuum metalizing aluminum and plastic
RFQ: We are looking for top coat for high vacuum metallization process, with good adhesion and scratch resistance. The materials it will be applied to are plastic (ABS, PP, PS), sheet iron, polyester and aluminum.

RFQ: We have a problem in vacuum metalizing aluminum on nylon (polyamide) and thermoplastic-polyurethane (tpu) plastics parts.
We are looking for under-coat and top-coat paint for vacuum metalizing aluminum on nylon 6.0 and tpu plastics material/parts. The paint must be flexible and have good adhesion strength between aluminum and plastics material. We hope there is someone can help us.

RFQ: Dear sir,
We are doing vacuum metalizing on plastic gift items & automotive reflectors in Karachi Pakistan. We are interested in buying basecoat & topcoat lacquers for applying on these plastic materials. A.B.S.,POLYSTYRENE, HI-IMPACT P.C. We need also basecoat lacquer for polypropylene. Kindly give your best cnf prices with literature.

RFQ: Need topcoat for vacuum metalizing coating. Description:
Nitrocellulose based lacquer to be used as top coat for vacuum metalization of PS and ABS product. It serves as a binder for dyestuff as well as a protective coating for the metalized aluminum film.
Specifications:
Appearance:-------Slightly Yellow Clear Liquid.
Specific Gravity (20 'c):----APP.0.86.
Viscosity.(Iwata cup 25'c)Sec:---9-11.
Solid (150 'c x 30 MIN),%:---12+ 1.
Solvent:---N-Butanol,Diisobutyl Ketone.
