Filtration and disposal of phosphate sludge from a nitrite accelerated zinc phosphate bath

+++

We have a phosphating plant where we use nitrite accelerated zinc phosphating solution to coat steel tubes prior to lubrication.

1.We generate a lot of sludge (appr 1 ton wet sludge per month) and it it interferes with processing.

2.We also accumulate a lot of sludge over the year.

My question is

1.What is the most cost effective method of continuous cleaning of the sludge to maintain a clean bath.Who are the equipment suppliers.

2.What are the ways to dispose the phosphate sludge,which is classified as hazardous ,safely.
