Dry Film Lubricants
-
Can anyone recommend a supplier of dry film
lubricant materials per MIL-L-46010 for independant job shop
applicators other than E/M Lubricants?
-
Try Acheson Colloids,
Port Huron, MI (Manufacturers of Molydenum, graphite, PTFE dry film
lubes) We use Emralon (PTFE) and Molydag with excellent results.
Whitford (Frazer, PA) makes Xylan, a PTFE lube we've had good success
with.
Dow Corning makes a Moly coating.
Dupont also markets their own Teflon coatings.
Good luck,
Mike
