Dear Greg ,

What you really need is to have the part electropolished , in much the same sort of equipment that is used to deburr hypodermic needles for medical use .

It has been a long time since I saw it but there was a company operating from ISRAEL called RAVIV who sold machines & electropolishing technology to do just this sort of thing , but there is probably a US firm doing it as well ,I would suggest you approach the makers of needles & other such equipment in the USA.

I know in Southern California there is a big market in electropolishing all sorts of Bio - medical devices , start with a serch of the AESF listed Metal Finishing shops & their activities published once a year in the journal of the society called "Plating & Surface Finishing"

Dear Greg,

I think you require polishing on brass hubs, used for hypodermic needles. Please note that we are manufacturing the same since 40 years, and you are still interested kindly contact me.

Thanks
