Looking for a paint finish that adheres to chrome

I am looking for paint finish that will adhere to rechromed parts. Argent and black mainly. The factory did not scuff or sand these parts before painting them and there paints had excellent adhesion. Is there a product out there that will have the same adhesion properties as the factory? I am looking for reliability. Any help in this mater would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Go to your Auto paint supplier and ask for a chrome etching primer, I have done a few chrome bumpers this way with good results.
