Aluminum plating solution to deposit Al
onto copper

I am looking for information on electroplating of aluminum onto
copper. Preferably not the molten salts process.

Alumiplate offers this process, Don. I have read that the bath is
an organic solvent rather than aqueous, and that air must be kept
away from the process.

why don't you try water base ,with aluminum powder, paint that can
be cured at around 500C, and you'll have a metallic aluminum coating.
