Seeking powder coat, e-coat, or black oxide for 30' long assembly

I am looking for a jobshop that would have the capability to powder coat, e-coat, or black oxide assemblies that are up to 30 foot long. Assembly is a cutting bar used in agricultural hay and/or combine machines.
