Plating, polishing or anodizing aluminum tubes

I have (14), 34" x 1.375" O.D. aluminum tubes that I would like highly polished, plated or anodized in chrome or black chrome. They will be subjected to weather and vibration. What's the most durable finish and is there a company in or near Miami, Florida that can do the job?
