Acid Copper Morning Sickness

Bright Acid Copper plating - Morning Sickness. we are operating a bright acid copper plating bath of 300 lit. capacity we are plating zinc and lead dicasting jewelry items. Our problem is typical one, our bath gives dull foggy plate in first morning hour when work is started but brightness/luster is restored after this trouble and continues throughout the days production. Can polarisation of anodes on keeping in bath through nights idle period, be the reason? How can it be controlled? Any suggestion/observation is welcome. Regards,
