Nickel Plating on CRCA

Dear Sir ,

Please give us the procedure for Carrying Out Nickel Plating on CRCA Material . The amount of thickness is based on tests to be passed.

The Tests are :

1. Bend Test
2. Peel off Test
3. Salt Spray Test for 8 Hours ( The salt used is3 % NaCl).

Please help us out in this regard. The components are Pressed one's in a Hydraulic Press.
