Precleaning of SS Cans

Dear Sir ,

We are doing Alkaline Cleaning of SS Cans ( Grade 306L ). This is being done to obtain greening of the SS Cans for X-Ray Tubes.

We are Presently using a Chemical Called Duo Power

The details of chemical are as follows.
Specific Gravity : 1.09.
Ph : 10.5
Colour : Dark Green Transparent Liquid.

We are heating the Solution to 50 to 60 degrees and during cleaning the component is Swirled slowly.

We are facing the Problem after cleaning with small white patches being observed which we will not find after the Machining. Tha Machining is done on a CNC Machine with regular Coolant . please help me Out in getting a Suitable Alkaline Cleaner that will avoid my Quality Problem.
