-----Teardrop overplating in copper pulse plating
2003
In using pulse plating for acid copper deposition, we sometimes encounter overplating with a tear drop effect. The tear drop effect seems to go in the same direction as the liquid agitation (eductor agitation)

I would like to know why this effect is happening and how to solve it.
Thanks,
