Chrome oxide finish for use with Saran

I am searching for a chrome oxide finish with a barrier coat for use with Saran. Does anyone have information on this or if there are other coatings that would be preferable?

Hi, Michael. Hopefully someone else immediately understands what you are referring to, but I'm afraid that I don't. Saran is a plastic, I think, but I don't understand your application, and can't be of any help without more detail.
