Chromate conversion coating on aluminium is widely used worldwide
and fairly simple process. It is also used over zinc and cadmium
plating to enhance corrosion protection. One can use proprietary
chemical and can we brought locally from any electroplating supplier
and supplier can also provide method and control procedure.
There are various international standards also exist on some of
them are as follows:
