BARREL CHROME ELECTROPLATING

+++

I WANT TO DO BARREL CHROME PLATING. WHAT ARE THE MAIN REQUIREMENTS OF BARREL CHROME PLATING, AND WHAT IS THE MAJOR DIFFERENCE WITH RESPECT TO COMPOSITION IN BARREL AND RACK CHROME PALTING.

Your question is a bit abstract in that you haven't told us what you know about chrome plating and barrel plating as a starting point and how you will address the main problem of current break. Nonetheless, barrel chrome plating is as much a laboratory curiousity as a proven industrial process. I have known people who have spent their life at it and never achieved a reject rate lower than 30 - 50 percent. The composition is not the central issue, it's how you are going to avoid breaking current. So how are you going to do that?
