-----Stainless steel acid removal
I am trying to find a way to completely remove all acid traces on the surface of stainless steel. The ss plates are first turned on a lath then sandblasted. Any help or advice would be helpful. Is there any way that acid could be trapped in the ss.

Offhand, I don't see why they could not be dipped into an ultrasonically agitated solution of sodium bicarbonate. But you have not explained how the acid supposedly got there.
