Seeking for glitter powder making machine/ Micro slitting Machine

Q. We have decided to install a completely new setup of making glitter powder at Karachi, Pakistan. We are interested in the complete machinery range use for making glitter powder from glittering films and polyester sheets, i.e., Micro Slitting Machine.

Machine Specification : Machine Type : Micro slitter Applicable material : Metallic film, Polyester Sheet, Film paper Particle shape : Square and Hexagonal type Cutting width : 130 ~ 170 (mm) Min. Slitting width : 0.02 ~ 3 (mm) Thickness of film : 0.01 ~ 0.3 (mm) Production volume : Negotiable

Considering the above specification, hope you can offer/recommend us a suitable machinery range. This is not the full n final spec. but this could give you a general idea that what sort of machinery do we need. If incase, the above-mentioned machinery is not in your product range then please recommend us the manufacturers of this machinery.
