I AM LOOKING AT GETTING INTO PORTABLE ANODIZING WHEREBY I COULD REFINISH PLUMBING FIXTURES ON-SITE. WHERE WOULD I LOOK? IS THERE A FRANCHISE? I AM LOCATED IN CANADA.

Plumbing fixtures aren't anodized, John. Most installed ones are nickel-chrome plated. But brush plating (portable) systems are available. See the banner at the bottom of the page.
