Malcolm, your question is not clear enough. Maybe you mean "versus" instead of "reverse"?

I am not aware of any unbiased literature. Electroless has many great properties but is moderately expensive if you do not need the properties they have.

Periodic pulsed reverse and varients are very expensive for the initial setup and may require some experimenting with the windows to find the optimum settings for your particular product.

Vendors of both processes will claim that there process is the greatest thing in plating, so you have to be able to sort out what you want and why.

Off the top of my head, Technic comes to mind. They have a chemical and an equipment division. I would think that you stand a better chance of a straight answer from them.

I would still get information from at least two vendors of each process.

It will help them tailor an answer to you if you provide full, well thought out information via fax on the initial contact.

Alternative is to hire some company to do a full literature search for you.

All personal opinions.
