Seeking vacuum metallizing consultant [Guatemala]

We are a division of a cosmetic manufacturing company located in Guatemala Central America. We manufacture cosmetic packaging. We have a small vacuum metallizing shop to finish our own produced caps. We bought this shop about three years ago. It was equipped with three chambers (20", 30", 32"). From those three chambers, only one was really working. The other two supposedly were complete but not functional (a little work is needed). We have tried to put them in shape, but we really don't have the experience. I am looking for someone who is interested in coming over here to help us put them to work. Any one interested in more details please contact me.
