I have a finishing problem I would welcome some opinions about.

I want to use type 6061 T651 Alminium to fabricate an optical assembly. The optical assembly needs to have a low reflectivity optical finish in the visible wavelengths 400 850 nm. The assembly will also be used in cleanrooms as an inspection devive. I am thinking about having a black hard anodize with a hot water seal. Does anyone know of any plots of reflectivity vs. wavelength available.

Any suggestions on who could perform the work?

Is Hard Anodized Wok safe to use for cooking sour food? Any of the components part of the wok is made of Aluminum? How many layers are there? Is the Inner wok surface make of Alumium? As we know food that come in contact with Alunmium, can cause adverse effect on the health? Please advice?
