90% glossy sheen using PU clear coating on wood

A related question on obtaining glossy finish.

I need to finish 4.5' diameter table tops to a similar 90% glossy sheen using Polyurethane clear finish. The quantity I am working on is 100 table tops and I hardly have enough time to complete this project. What would be a time saving accelerated process?

..and what exactly are mineral spirits [link is to product info at Amazon] used for wet sanding? could you please name some commonly available mineral spirits (turpentine?)?
