Rz measurements to Rms measurements [Ohio]

I'm looking for information for converting surface finish specifications measured in "Rz" to those measured in "Rms". This would be mainly on steel parts. Thanks for the help.

Rz is the same as RMS; however, the Rz spec designates a specific number of ridges and valleys (5) to be traversed by a profilometer.
