Please suggest me, Is there any hand book or E-book( cd ) available which will give all the information on Electro Polishing of stainless steel ?

I don't think there is a book specifically on electropolishing in print anymore, but you can get a used copy of "The Electrolytic and Chemical Polishing of Metals" by Tegart.

Very good coverage of electropolishing is included in the Electroplating Engineering Handbook, and some useful coverage is in the Metal Finishing Guidebook, and ASM Metals Handbook Vol. 5. Good luck.
