What is Brush plating?

We are interested to buy brushplating machine. At present we are doing silver plating on our Busbars (Electrical Conductors) by chemical tank process.We would like to know the process of brush plating system, approximate cost of the brush plating machine, working area need for the process and the chemical required for this process etc.

Hi, Raj. The general idea behind brush plating is that the metal is applied with a brush / pen / tampon as opposed to immersing the work in a tank. It is well suited to several applications like field repairs and plating a selective area.
