Diamond coating

++

Dear sir,

I want to know about your composite diamond coating and wants to set the technology for my commercial uses. I am giving here with my requirements so please tell me by what way u can help me?

About us: we are diamond polishing plates manufacturer in surat(gujarat) INDIA. This plate is a round shaped cast iron plate which rotates on its axes at the speed about 3200 rpm. and the polishers polishes the diamond on that plate, right now the problem is that the plate wears time to time so it should be grinded for reuse. This grinding process vanishes that plates life, and also it gives less production per day per worker. this days in this industries diamond coated plates are introducing by some companies, so we expect from your side the perfect method of diamond coating, the instruments for coating etc. We want that plate perfectly made in that way which polishes more diamonds per day and get lesser wear and tear on surface of plate.

For your hint: we come to know from the other manufacturers of diamond coated plates they are going in this way. 1- first grinding the plate surface for perfect level of plate 2- then balance that plate (rotation) for overcome jumping of plate 3- then sandblast it for surface cleaning 4- then clean that blasted part with light hydrochloric acid 5- then wash it with hot water 6- then they are coating that plates with nitric acid & sulfuric acid (not sure) and they are using diamond powder of about size 7-10, 10-20 , 14-20 micron. they are coating this plates two times in different vessels first for 40 minutes and then for 35 mins. 7- after coating they sprays some chemical on it that are two types ( we don't know the type of chemical) so we want from your side the perfect method with detailed ingredients list and instruments.

Seeking your cooperation,

Pravin Chheta
