Zn+Yellow passivation Technical details [India]

Sir,

We are manufacturing deflection yoke and crossarm is one of the component, Which will be plated(Zn plating thickness-5microns + yellow passivation). To arrest our v-coil and crossarm,we used to apply Polyamidesunmide resin(Temp-200'C) between v-coil and crossarm. Here, we are facing decoloration problem in few of the components. So, I am interested to know the passivation will withstand for >150'C and if the answer yes. We required the chemical details and specification.
