Corrosion control in aluminium window frames

My company specializes in restoration of aluminium window frames, primarily by recoating with an etch primer and two pack isocyanate free catalyzed acrylic coating. We are looking for a method of neutralizing corrosion in the butt joints between frame sections of window frames without disassembly. This corrosion has, in my experience, been due to poor assembly processes and failure to chromate prior to assembly. Is there a solution to this problem?
