Need BLACK CHROME on Plastic and Polyester

I need black chrome on my original head lights (plastic) and tail lights (plastic) and also on my rear spoiler (polyester) (3 feet). If there is anyone around the bay area in California ? When not please let me know the price and where to ship it.
