Optical black paint

I need technical information on the low outgassing black paints such as Aeroglaze Z306, Cat-a-Lac Paint for IR 1.5 micron stray light control. I am looking for suppliers who can supply small quantity (< 1 Gallon) for our evaluation , or the vendors near LA area who can provide the painting service for our units.

The former "Cat-A-Lac 463-3-8" flat black paint is now Akzo Nobel's "463-3-8" paint. It is sold by their aerospace division. I am also looking for a vendor who can sell it in small quantities.
