Hi,

I am doing a project study about "Clean In Place" -(CIP)in our brewery.
Q1. What is the best cleaning media for beer filters (i.e. US Autojet vertical leaf screens) and beer supply lines? caustic? or acid? or any others?
Q2. At what concentrations and temperatures are recommended?
Q3. What is the minimum or average contact time of the cleaning solution to achieve best results?
