Seeking Barrel-Chrome or Cobalt-Chrome Plating

I am located in South Africa and I have a client that has the need for Barrel-Chrome plating. We have already tried the Tin-Cobalt solution, but my client is not happy with the colour that we can get. The articles are bolts and nuts for the light-fitting industry and, most of all,about 50 000 mirror caps and screws per week. It is obviously far to many to do rack-plating in conventional chrome. I believe that there is possibly a Cobalt-Tin plating solution for barreling and that it gives a chrome-finish.

Help will be appreciated.
