REMOVING SILVERPLATE

++

I BOUGHT A TRAY THAT IS SILVERPLATE OVER COPPER. I WOULD LIKE TO REMOVE THE SILVERPLATE AND JUST LEAVE THE TRAY AS COPPER. WHAT CAN I USE?

I have a bowl that is silver on copper and most of the silverplate is already gone on the front side. How can I remove what's left and just end up with a copper bowl?
