Machining Titanium [Michigan]

I am trying to machine Galvanized Titanium V4 and am having a terrible time. Could you provide me some Std procedures for machining this material?

Paul, titanium should not be galvanized. Zinc can cause solid metal embrittlement on titanium alloys, as can cadmium, mercury, silver, and others.
