Seeking Internal Combustion Engine Piston Coating [Korea]

Dear Sirs,

We are interested in the PVD technology for coating Aluminum 392 small high performance two-stroke internal combustion engine pistons with Teflon or ceramic in order to reduce friction and heat build-up.

The small engine pistons are lubricated by the fuel and oil mixture (65% nitromethane, 12% synthetic oil and 23% alcohol). The reduction of the oil content would improve the engine performance considerably.
