Where to buy equipment for chrome plating plastic

I'm trying to start a business chrome plating and gold plating plastic pieces for model builders, custom toy makers, etc. I'm looking for information on where to buy the equipment and supplies and information on how the process works.

Thanks,

Jason,

Toys and similar low cost plastic parts are not plated. Its too expensive. Rather, they are vacuum aluminum deposited, then dyed or lacquered to desired chrome or gold color. Look for vacuum aluminizing equipment or suppliers.
