Polished Aluminum  

I just have a question for you: I recently bought Polished Aluminum wheels made by Eagle and I used a cleanser that was not made to be used on these types of wheels. The cleanser really dulled my wheels and I can not seem to get the shine back. Are they permenantly ruined? Is there anything I can to to restore the original shine?
