I want to kill oxygen weed in a stream. Will copper sulphate ⇦ on eBay or Amazon [affil link] kill the trout ?

Why don't you go to your local Dept. of Fisheries who, I'm sure, would have a suggestion or two to make.

At a guess, anything added immoderately to a fish stream would cause a plethora of piscatorial panic.
