Seeking Ashing-off Diamond-like-carbon coating on Tungsten Carbide surface [South Carolina] 

We have some Tungsten Carbide parts coated with Diamond-like-carbon(DLC) coating. As time goes on, we will periodically need to peel off this DLC coating--without damaging the tungsten carbide surface. I heard of a method of ashing-off the carbon coating. Do any of you know such a place that provides this service? Your responses are highly appreciated.
