If anyone responds,the answer will be printed here. However, questions like this one sometimes do go unanswered. There is little incentive for a reader to respond on a community-oriented, peer camaraderie, basis when none of the three inquirers has ever helped anyone else out here by responding to an inquiry themselves . . . when they haven't identified themselves except with a free disposable e-mail address . . . and when they have not taken the time to pose their inquiry in interesting, real-world fashion from which the readers could learn something, but only as an abstract "flash card" type question.
