Seeking source for application of Deltaseal Coating [Taiwan or China] 

My company is a die caster and our customer is requiring a "Deltaseal" coating on a very small part. They call is out as follows: Coating: 1X Deltaseal, 0.005 mm - 0.02 mm Thickness, Color: Silver. The material of the part is ASTM B86, AC41A (ZAMAC 5).

My first question is: Is there a company in Taiwan or China that applies this coating, if so, who and where? Is this product spayed on dipped, spun or what? If it is applied in various methods, which is best for keeping the coating from bubbling?

Note: A 50 hour Salt spray test per ASTM B-117 [link is to info about spec at TechStreet] is required, with no base metal corrosion allowed.
