Final Stage Stripping of Powder Coat 

I am stripping powder coat paint from zinc metal parts with a chemical designed for this, but am having trouble getting the small pieces from the cracks, on hard to reach places and holes.

Any suggestions for the final finish?

I need to strip 3 layers of powder coat from 6061-T6 aluminum and repaint. Could you please explain the process you used even though you are still expreriencing remnant problem?
